Ingredients
Method
- Slice chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, aiming for uniform sizes. Season with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece to ensure even cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and diced red chili until smooth.
- Generously coat both sides of the chicken skewers with the bang bang sauce.
- Cook the skewers using your preferred method: Air fryer at 400Β°F for 8β10 minutes, flip, then cook another 4β5 minutes; or stovetop on medium-high heat, searing chicken for 4β5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Once cooked, baste the skewers with more bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use kitchen shears to easily cut chicken thighs into uniform pieces.
- Leave a small gap between chicken pieces on the skewers for even cooking.
- Adjust the amount of Sriracha in the sauce to suit your spice preference.
- Leftovers taste amazing when reheated, making this a great meal prep option.
