Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • Parmesan (optional for topping)
  • Warm pizza sauce for dipping

Method

  1. Cut the pizza dough into small pieces and roll them into little balls. They don’t need to match in size.
  1. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Toss the dough balls in the mixture until coated.
  1. Grease a muffin tin and add 5–7 dough balls to each square.
  1. Top each section with shredded mozzarella and chopped pepperoni.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  1. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • You can prepare the dough balls and butter mixture ahead of time and assemble just before baking.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle Parmesan on top before baking.
  • Use a silicone muffin tin for easier removal of the pizza bites.
